CrystalTalk Dual Mics for Call Clarity

To ensure crisp call quality in even the loudest environments, the H17txt uses CrystalTalk, Motorola’s proprietary noise-cancellation technology. Utilizing dual external microphones, CrystalTalk adjusts audio settings based on ambient noise levels. It enhances your voice and dampens microphone feedback to push call clarity to a whole new level.

Convertible Wearing Style Provides Maximum Comfort

Multiple ear hooks and gels are included, so you can customize your wearing style–whether you prefer in-ear or on-ear listening. This unique convertible design means you can wear this headset just the way you like. For example, if you wear glasses, you may prefer taking the ear hook off and using just an ear gel.

MotoSpeak App Lets You Listen to Text Messages

With the MotoSpeak app, you can get texts and senders’ names read to you through your headset. MotoSpeak can translate 150 text acronyms (e.g., lol, l8r, thx), so you can fully understand your messages with ease. In addition, you can customize an automatic response, so you can let senders know you will reply later if you are driving. Simply download the free MotoSpeak application to any Android-powered or RIM (4.5+ version) device.

Stream Audio with A2DP

H17txt now has the A2DP profile, which allows you to listen to streaming media, music, video, games, and navigation through your headset.

Connect to Two Bluetooth-Enabled Devices

The H17txt also features full MultiPoint technology, which allows you to simultaneously sync and receive calls from two Bluetooth-enabled devices. This means that if you have separate phones for your business and personal life, you can toggle between calls from the same headset. Featuring universal compatibility, this headset can be used with any Bluetooth-enabled device.

Voice Prompts

For further convenience, the H17txt headset periodically provides important voice prompts. A prompt will tell you how to set up your Bluetooth connection, it will notify you when the mute function is activated, and it will also update you on remaining battery life.

Long-Lasting Charge

The H17txt provides up to five hours of uninterrupted talk time. Just 15 minutes of charging delivers up to two and a half hours of talk time with Rapid Charge. On standby, the battery’s charge can last for up to seven days. For added convenience, a micro-USB charging port is on the back of the headset.

Large Range, Fast Pairing, and Minimal Interference

The H17txt uses Class-2 Bluetooth protocol, providing a range of up to 33 feet. The headset also features Enhanced Data Rate technology, which allows for faster pairing with devices and helps decrease interference and static.
